As a E5/NCO of the United States Air Force, serving in a supervisory capacity, I oversaw a staff of 20 civilians along with 13 military, in ensuring all items and special items were ordered in a timely manner to be on hand and to be thawed on time.

 

Front Desk Manager, Kanto Lodge, Yokota Air Base, Tokyo; Dec 2010 – Sept 2011

Held supervisory position for a staff of 17 civilians supervising, scheduling, creating continuity procedures as implementing all policies. Provided hospitality rooms and customer service for over 200k DOD and Civilian in house customers annually.
